Spoke with the most condescending and rude employee. I only had a couple simple questions she made it unnecessarily difficult and laughed at me on two occasions. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. Now I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. These people represent the government look at thier rating it's embarrassing.

Fanshawe College
I studied Business - Marketing at Fanshawe. Zero replies at the resume for 1+ year, no help from college. Plus, everything was online due to COVID, and the fees remained the same, no discount refund.

Got to be the least helpful people on the face of the earth. Never willing to work with you, rude, entitled. If your trade is covered by David Winterflood, good luck ever getting a response. He's never answered a phone call or returned a call, and you're lucky If he replies to 1 out of every 4 emails you send. Alberta had a much better apprenticeship board and programs.

Wasn’t sent a red seal card and it’s “impossible that we didn’t tape it with your letter sized diploma”Impossible to make a mistake? Really?Just talked to my electrician friend who went through the same thing. Are you sure?

DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. I am in the nursing program and the advisors (specifically Melissa) are all incompetent and will not help you unless you hold their hand. They do not know how to do their jobs and do not know how to properly inform students. Waste of time program.

I loved my experience, it was such a pleasure meeting all the different representatives through my interview process, and Maelyne had me updated on all the steps throughout the process and I absolutely can’t wait to start my pre apprenticeship with the Alliance!
